In his first interview since joining the Motor Insurers’ Bureau as chief services officer, and two years after the introduction of the Official Injury Claims portal, James Dalton chats to Pamela Kokoszka about how he is taking on the challenge to remove uninsured drivers from UK roads, and why while it's not “perfect”, the portal is functioning “fundamentally well”.
