Enquiries to the Financial Ombudsman Service related to business interruption products have finally started to drop after a rapid increase in Q1 2021 following the FCA test case.

The latest figures from the FOS cover Q3 2021 and are reflected in Post’s interactive complaints tracker. This trend is supported by the firm-wise FCA data, which has also been updated to show figures
