A Bill that aims to remove the effects of the European Court of Justice’s controversial Vnuk ruling from British law has been introduced to parliament.
The 2014 ruling stipulated that compulsory motor insurance ought to be extended to those used on private land, as well as to vehicles used in motorsport, agricultural machinery and light electric
