Fears carmaker pressure over autonomous vehicle scope could cause accidents
Pressure from manufacturers to extend the definition of what counts as an autonomous vehicle could lead to more accidents, Axa technical director David Williams has warned.
Speaking at a seminar held by the Westminster Energy, Environment and Transport Forum on Tuesday, Williams said his concerns were heightened by the UK’s exit from the European Union.
