Insurers told how to improve fair treatment of customers with criminal convictions

Insurers have been issued fresh guidance on how to fairly treat customers who have prior criminal convictions.

The Association of British Insurers good practice guide sets out standards of how insurers should treat people with convictions or related offences.

The ABI said that the guide has been updated to
