House rebuilding costs rise by less than 1%
The increase in house rebuilding costs has fallen below 1% in the 4th quarter compared to the same period in 2011.
According to the Building Cost Information Service's UK index of house rebuilding costs, the increase was 1% in Q3 2012, suggesting costs will hardly change in 2013.
