BGL prepares for gender-neutral pricing
The BGL Group has offered support to insurers as they implement gender-neutral premium rates to accommodate a legal shift that it describes as "the single biggest change in insurance rating in modern times".
The European Court of Justice's gender ruling that comes into force on 21 December means that underwriters will no longer be able to use a driver's sex as an underwriting factor.
