Lloyds TSB tops GI complaints list

Lloyds TSB Bank received the highest number of complaints regarding general insurance and pure protection products in the first half of the year.

Data published by the Financial Services Authority shows that the bank upheld 81% of the 391 272 customer complaints it received.
