Major insurers face huge payouts to credit hirer Accident Exchange after a judge ordered “thousands” of cases involving “tainted” Autofocus reports to be heard by the Court of Appeal.
As exclusively broken by Post, Accident Exchange successfully took four test cases to the Court of Appeal. They were Purushothaman v Malik; Seatory v Oliver, Sharples v Brown, and Thomson v Lansdowne
