Half of insurers unsure over MoJ RTA reform
Almost half of insurance firms remain unconvinced by the Ministry of Justice road traffic accident claims reform, according to new research.
Law firm Berrymans Lace Mawer found 45% of respondents are unsure about the impact of the reforms, which come into force tomorrow (30 April), while 2% believe the changes will have a negative impact
