Zurich posts 10% pay gap between socio-economic groups

Stratification of society and Social Class and different hierarchy categories of socio economic groups based on ethnicity education wealth or economics and gender as upper classes middle and lower class.

Zurich has today (12 Feb) published its socio-economic pay gap, showing the mean (average) pay gap between employees from profession and lower socio-economic backgrounds at 10.5%.

The insurer carried out analysis across 73% of its UK workforce, and found the median (mid-point) pay gap for the same groups of people is –4.2%.
