Editor’s View: As Dive In comes to an end after 12 years, Emma Ann Hughes reflects on the festival’s legacy and Lloyd’s promise to make the industry more open, accessible and representative.

Thousands of insurance professionals from across the world came together this week for the last ever Dive In Festival, which is a fact well worth celebrating.
