A change in the government’s pub protection rules could potentially make insurers more exposed to fraud said Woodgate & Clark’s director of investigation Sarah Durkin as real footage is being falsely dismissed as fictious AI-generated content.

Since August, developers across England must prove an actively marketed pub has no reasonable financial prospect for at least 12 months before its use can be permanently changed.
