Foil appoints Huxley as CEO after Besemer steps down
The Forum of Insurance Lawyers has appointed Mark Huxley as CEO to succeed Laurence Besemer as he steps down after 17 years, effective 1 October 2026.
His tenure follows 17 years of leadership at Foil under Laurence Besemer, who is moving on to pursue other projects within the insurance industry.
