Allianz reportedly circling AA with £5bn bid
Reports have suggested that Allianz is lining up a potential £5bn bid for roadside assistance firm AA.
Over the weekend, both The Times and Sky reported the potential deal after AA backers, TowerBrook Capital Partners, Warburg Pincus and Stonepeak, are open to selling it.
