FCA bans father and son over client money misuse
The Financial Conduct Authority has banned Alec and Robert Finch from UK financial services, after the High Court found they misused client money at former broker AFL Insurance Brokers.
The regulator said the father and son had failed to act with honesty and integrity in their roles at AFL, a former Lloyd’s broker that focussed on specialty lines.
According to the FCA, the pair
