Jensten finds buyer in Bain Capital
Jensten is set to be bought by private equity firm Bain Capital, following two years of attempts to find a buyer.
The transaction is expected to close in the final quarter of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
