Martyn's Law receives Royal Assent
Businesses have been given two years to implement the requirements of Martyn’s Law, a landmark piece of counter-terrorism legislation.
The legislation, called the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act (2025), received Royal Assent on Thursday (3 April) and will require public premises where 200 or more people may be present to boost
