The cyber insurance market needs to expedite the passing on of know-how from experienced staff to new recruits, Markel’s director of cyber has said.

Chris Burgess, director of cyber at Markel International, told Post that due to the relative novelty of cyber insurance as a product, the cyber market faces subtly different recruitment and retention
