Panellists at the British Damage Management Association Conference said lessons must be learned in order to maximise the value of Flood Re’s Build Back Better scheme.

Build Back Better was launched in 2021 and enables householders to install property flood resilience measures up to the value of £10,000 when repairing their building after a flood.

McGill sold to EQT for £2bn
