Ageas catches out fraudster who lied about burglary
A fraudster has been convicted after he made a claim to Ageas for goods he said were stolen that had instead been sold on an auction site.
Katie Davies, Ageas UK head of underwriting services and fraud, said that when a customer reported a break-in at his home, where he claimed the thieves had stolen goods and cash to the value of £7,500
