Insurers that implemented EDI practices and policies have reported increases in employee engagement levels and improvements in creativity and innovation.

Data from the Chartered Insurance Institute’s latest survey, 2023 Corporate Chartered Equality Diversity & Inclusion, has uncovered “positive business outcomes” for firms that have applied EDI

FCA vows to keep pressure on premium finance APRs

The Financial Conduct Authority has said it will “continue to put pressure” on companies offering premium finance in a bid to continue lowering annual percentage rates after revealing the impact its enforcement action has had so far.
