CII finally unveils plan to turn around fortunes

The Chartered Insurance Institute published its new five-year strategy almost 18 months after it asked members what they wanted the professional body to deliver.

Replacing the mantra of “Standards, Professionalism, Trust” in the CII’s previous five-year strategy with the new tag line of “Credibility, Community and Career”, the plan for the first year focuses
