Dive In Festival: ‘Find the high-potential women early on and do everything to keep them’ says Aviva’s Blanc
Aviva’s Amanda Blanc says women are dropping out of organisations “far too early” because they are not seeing role models in more senior positions.
Speaking at the leadership debate at this year’s Dive In Festival, Blanc, pictured, said the imbalance of male and female senior leaders has to be treated as “a business problem.”
