Vnuk cut gets Lords committee green light

The House of Lords

The Motor Vehicles (compulsory insurance) Bill, which looks to amend the controversial Vnuk Law, has passed through the Lords committee.

The Private Members’s Bill introduced by Peter Bone MP and Lord Robathan on 21 June 2021 has passed its third reading this week.

The Bill, which seeks to counteract Vnuk, was unanimously approved by
