Settlement reached in Besso 'secret profits' case
Long-running litigation between Besso and a group of Caribbean hotel and resort companies has ended in an out-of-court settlement.
Bloody Bay, a group of Superclubs hotel and resort companies, had alleged that a former Besso director had extracted “secret profits” from the group by inflating premiums between 2004 and 2011.
