Arch to pay £400m for Coface minority stake
Arch Capital Group has agreed to pay Natixis €480m (£401.8m) for a 29.5% stake in France-based trade credit insurer Coface.
The deal will see Bermuda-based insurer and reinsurer Arch pay €10.70 per share for its minority holding.
This is a 6% discount on Coface’s closing share price yesterday of €11.38.
