Q&A: Zurich’s David Nichols on child abuse inquiry recommendations

The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse yesterday released its report on its Accountability and Reparations investigation, in which it lay down a number of recommendations it believes insurers need to follow to fix the system. David Nichols, Zurich UK chief claims officer, testified during its hearing late last year. He spoke to Post about his key takeaways from the report and where insurers go next.

What were the key takeaways of the report and recommendations for you?
