Man sentenced to a year after fraudulent personal injury claim
A man has been sentenced to a year behind bars after attempting to claim hundreds of thousands of pounds following a work injury.
Christopher Bryan Hill, 59 of Bounsalls Lane, Launceston, was found guilty of fraud by false representation and sentenced to a 12 month custodial sentence at Truro Crown Court for attempting to claim
