Profits up 76% at venture capital group BP Marsh

BP Marsh has seen a strong growth in its profit after tax with the company taking in £8.7m in the year to January 31 2016, up from £4.9m for the same period last year.

Its portfolio of 13 investments has seen its equity value increase by 23.8% over the year.

The company recorded a net asset value of £70.8m for the period (2015: £63.0m), a 12.4% increase.
