High Court PI claims at a five year high, law firm finds
The number of personal injury claims at the High Court has reached its highest level in five years, according to figures obtained by law firm Nockolds.
The firm found that there were 1449 personal injury claims in the High Court last year, up from 805 in 2011, a rise of 80%.
