Judge dismisses £60k claim for nightclub accident
A judge has thrown out a £60 000 claim for an alleged nightclub dance floor accident citing lack of credible evidence.
Shane Carton, of Mountview Gardens, County Colraine in Northern Ireland, claimed he was injured at the Aura Nightclub while celebrating his 36th birthday on 24 August 2008.
