Talanx expects under €250m losses from European floods
German insurance giant Talanx has estimated its net loss from flood claims in Germany and neighboring countries at less than €250m.
This amount includes the expected losses reported by wholly-owned reinsurer Hannover Re.
In a statement the insurer said "major claims occurring in the year to date are within the proportionate budget
