CEO Rowell departs Jubilee
Johnny Rowell, chief executive of Jubilee Group is to step down, replaced on an interim basis by the firm’s chief operating officer.
Pending regulatory approval, Frank Phillips will assume the position in order to smooth the transition before appointment of a permanent CEO.
