Deakin faced with "irresistible" offer from Gallagher
Arthur J Gallagher International's relationship-building abilities in the UK insurance market are set to be given a boost by the appointment of Aviva's intermediary & partnerships director Janice Deakin to the new role of UK commercial director.
Deakin, who informed her team of her resignation from Aviva this week, is on a six-month notice period, although her start date at the broker is yet to be decided so an earlier departure is possible
