R&Q completes £500k Hickson deal
Randall & Quilter has completed its £525 000 acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Isle of Man-domiciled captive insurer Hickson Insurance.
The business, which was owned by Hickson Investments, an affiliate of the Lonza Group, has been in run-off since 2002 and wrote a mixed book of business from 1988, including public and products
