I enjoy engaging in discussion with Tom Jones, verbally and through the pages of Post. But I was surprised by his implied suggestion that we have compared deafness claims to whiplash.
I have never said anything of the sort, and the Association of British Insurers has never commented on deafness claims.
On the other hand, Tom ignores something I have said time and time again, both
