One Answer Network signals commercial growth with IT poach from Powerplace
One Answer Network is to expand its commercial offering with the appointment of Carl Chapman, pictured, to the newly created position of commercial development and training manager.
Chapman will specialise in working with the IT company building the Network's commercial lines system and will be responsible for its future development.
