Admiral unveils plans to expand US business
Admiral has defended its £90.7m net ancillary income claiming referral fees played a minor part in profit and have branded personal injury lawyers’ as the “root cause” of the problem.
The insurer is also considering setting up a base in a fourth American state this year.
Admiral’s interim results, released today, showed a pre-tax profit of £160.6m and a net ancillary profit of £90
