BIS 2010: Speaker "delivers happiness" to the industry
The culture of a company is the single most important ingredient to success, according to Jeneen Minter, director of finance at Zappos.
The online retailer founded in 1999, which has over 2000 employees, uses “delivering happiness” as its company’s vision, Ms Minter told delegates.
