Lord Young to recommend extension of MoJ RTA portal
Extension of the Ministry of Justice electronic portal, which handles low-value road traffic accident claims, to include employers’ liability and public liability, is expected to be a feature of Lord Young of Graffham’s upcoming review on compensation and health & safety legislation.
The paper, which was expected out this week, is now likely to be published during the week beginning 27 September.
