Private equity firm steps in with £115m MCS deal
Swedish restoration services firm Munters has sold its moisture control services business to private equity firm Triton in a move that will see a number of key partnerships in the UK insurance market change ownership.
The firm is set to concentrate on its air treatment solutions business after selling its "non-core" MCS asset for SK1300m, (£115m), in a deal set to be finalised during the third quarter.
