We will tackle the skills shortage, vows ILAA
The Independent Loss Adjusters Association has pledged to tackle the industry skills shortage following its official launch this month.
The ILAA — which has unveiled 20 inaugural members — has vowed to provide a framework for young adjusters to be seconded between its membership firms to gain a wider experience of the industry.
