RFIB appoints divisional director
RFIB has appointed Toby Heppel to the role of divisional director in the political, credit and financial risks team.
Mr Heppel joins RFIB from FirstCity Partnership where he was an insurance and reinsurance broker specialising in reinsuring institutions in the Middle East.
Prior to this he worked for insurance
