AIG to sell non-US life unit to MetLife
AIG’s board of directors approved the sale of the division to MetLife on March 5th, according to newswire Bloomberg.
An agreement to sell AIG's American Life Insurance (Alico) may be announced as soon as this weekend, said the Bloomberg sources, who declined to be identified because the vote was private.
