Max hammers latest Validus offer
Bermudian (re)insurer Max Capital has dismissed rival Validus' increased bid for island rival IPC Holdings.
In a press release, Max Capital said Validus' offer, which ups the cash incentive to IPC shareholders by 75 cents, "Fails to provide IPC shareholders with a financially attractive outcome.
