Highway rejects Chaucer and terminates talks
Highway Insurance has rejected an offer for the company from Chaucer Holdings and has terminated talks. Highway's shares fell to 36.25 pence on the news. Chaucer's shares rose to 53.5 pence.
In a statement the company said: "On 18 March, the boards of Chaucer Holdings and Highway announced that they were in discussions in relation to Chaucer potentially making a recommended all shareOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
