Homeserve enters talks to buy Domestic and General
Homeserve has confirmed that it approached warranty specialist Domestic and General with a view to enter takeover talks.
The news came as Homeserve this morning announced its revenue for the year ended 31 March 2007 had increased 30% to £477m, while profit before tax was up 26% to £67.7m.
In a statement Homeserve said:
