Clifford Chance has launched the second part of the MiFID Survival Guide, which is designed to help firms come into compliance with the new requirements introduced by the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).
In 2006, Clifford Chance launched the first part of the guide after being appointed to assist MiFID Connect, which is a joint project established by what is now eleven industry associations. The MiFID
