Heavy industry companies unprepared for Noise at Work Regulations
Research commissioned by Zurich Risk Services shows that 28% of construction and manufacturing companies are unprepared for the new Noise at Work Regulations, due to come into force on the 6th April 2006.
The survey highlights that 71% of companies said that their employees (and/or the public) were exposed to noise risk at some level arising from their activities. This figure rises to 75% for theOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
